Postage

We offer Royal Mail delivery for UK orders. The available delivery service and cost will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on the size and weight of the item.

Our delivery charge includes the cost of postage as well as the packaging materials needed to protect your purchase, which may include boxes, paper, bubble wrap and other protective materials.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control.

For higher-value or particularly fragile items, a different delivery service may be used where appropriate. The available delivery option and cost will be shown at checkout.

Local London Delivery

We offer a local delivery service to selected London postcodes.

Delivery charge: £15

If local delivery is available for your postcode, this option will appear at checkout. After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the item at the agreed time.

Collection

Collection is available by arrangement.

If you would like to collect your order, please contact us after placing your order to arrange a suitable date and time. Please do not arrive without an appointment.

For collection, you will need to show your order confirmation and a valid form of ID. If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, they will also need to show the order confirmation and their own valid ID.

Packaging

We take care to package each item securely and appropriately for its size, material and value. As many of our pieces are antique or vintage, packaging may vary depending on the item.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged in transit, please retain the packaging and photographs of the damage where possible, as these may be helpful when resolving the issue.
